EP—03 / Why Emilio

We work in your home the way you would want.

You can tell a good painter by what he doesn't leave behind: stains, dust and surprises on the bill.

  1. A clear, written quote

Every item is explained: preparation, materials, number of coats. Any extra work is agreed beforehand, never afterwards.

  2. Protected home, clean home

We cover floors and furniture and protect sockets, window frames and skirting boards. When we finish, we take everything away and leave the rooms clean.

  3. Preparation comes first

A wall that lasts is built under the paint: filling, sanding and primer are never skipped.

  4. Professional materials

Quality paints and finishes, chosen for the room and how you use it. We explain what we use and why.

  5. You talk to the person doing the job

Site visit, colours, execution: you always have a direct contact, no middlemen.

  6. Agreed timings

We set the start date and estimated duration together. If anything changes, you know straight away.

EP—04 / How we work

From site visit to handover in four steps.

  1. Site visit

We come and see the rooms, measure the surfaces and check the condition of the walls. It's the right moment to talk about colours and finishes.

    Free, no obligation
  2. Written quote

You receive an itemised quote with materials, estimated timings and a start date. Take your time to decide.

    Free
  3. The work

We protect floors and furniture, prepare the surfaces and apply the coats needed, respecting each product's drying times.

  4. Clean-up and handover

We remove sheets and tape, clean and tidy up. Then we check the work together: if anything needs a touch-up, we do it on the spot.

EP—06 / FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Can't find your answer? Just ask, by phone or on WhatsApp.

Are the site visit and the quote really free?

Yes. We come and look at the job, take measurements and leave you a detailed written quote, with no obligation.

How much does it cost to paint a house?

It depends on square metres, ceiling height, the condition of the walls, the type of paint and the number of colours. A wall with cracks or mould needs more preparation than one in good condition. That's why we only give a price after seeing the rooms, and the site visit is free.

How long does it take to paint an apartment?

A medium-sized apartment with walls in good condition usually takes a few working days. Repairs, skim coating, several colours or decorative finishes take longer. Your quote always includes a precise estimate.

Do I need to empty the rooms?

No. Just remove fragile items, pictures and ornaments. We move furniture to the middle of the room and cover it; floors, sockets and window frames are protected with sheets and tape.

Can I stay at home while you work?

Yes. We work room by room so the house stays liveable. On request we use low-odour paints, suitable for bedrooms and lived-in spaces.

Can you help me choose colours?

Of course. During the site visit we suggest colours and finishes based on the light, size and use of each room, and we can test samples directly on the wall before you decide.

How do you deal with mould?

First we find the cause: condensation, thermal bridges or leaks. Then we treat the wall with specific products and paint it with anti-mould paint. If the cause is a water leak, we tell you before we start: repainting without fixing it would be pointless.

Do you also work for condominiums, offices and shops?

Yes. We work for private clients, condominiums and businesses, scheduling the work in phases or at agreed times to keep disruption to residents, staff and customers to a minimum.

I own a holiday home in the area. Can you help?

Yes. Get in touch by WhatsApp or email: we will arrange the site visit with you, or with someone you trust locally, and send you the written quote.

Do you speak English?

Yes. Emilio speaks Italian, English, Romanian and Spanish, so you can call, message on WhatsApp or email in any of these languages.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes, we always issue a regular invoice. For questions about Italian tax deductions on renovation work, please check with your accountant.

Is the work guaranteed?

Yes: completed work comes with a 1-year guarantee, as agreed in the quote. If you notice a defect after handover, get in touch and we will come back and fix it.
